Softsoap at CVS

The Softsoap Ensembles, buy 2 get $4 ECBs seems to have a higher limit than the advertised 3.
After shopping two CVS' today, both receipts are not showing that I've reached my limit after purchasing 6! So the limit must have been increased to 4!
