Guarantee will be fulfilled with a $7.00 check good for a bag of oranges.

To make a claim under the Orange Back Guarantee:

1. Purchase a 59 fl. oz. bottle of Simply Orange® orange juice (any variety) at retailer of your choice by 5/18/2009 and save your original register receipt. If, after tasting, you don’t agree that Simply Orange orange juice tastes as fresh as biting into a juicy orange, you may make a claim under the Orange Back Guarantee.

2. On a 3”x 5” card, clearly print your full name and complete street address (no P.O. boxes), and state why you think Simply Orange orange juice does not taste as fresh as biting into a juicy orange in 50 characters or less.

3. Circle Simply Orange orange juice on your original register receipt. If the receipt does not describe or list the items purchased, print the product UPC number (located on the back label under the bar code) on your 3”x 5” card.

4. Mail the original register receipt and the 3”x 5” card in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to Simply Orange Orange Back Guarantee, P.O. Box 440027, El Paso, TX 88544-0027.

5. Allow 6-8 weeks for processing. Limit one request per individual, household, group or address. No copy, facsimile or other reproduction of original register receipt accepted. Offer valid in USA only. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted. Not valid in combination with any other offer. Not responsible for late, lost, stolen, delayed, unpostmarked, postage due, illegible or misdirected mail.
