* Purchase any ham or turkey and $40 worth of Unilever products between 4/1/09 and 4/30/09 (can be purchased via multiple shopping trips)

* Circle the ham or turkey and the Unilever products purchased with their corresponding prices on your original store-identified cash register receipt(s) dated between 4/1/09 and 4/30/09 (no duplicates allowed)

* Fill out the rebate form

* Mail the original rebate form (no copies allowed), all original dated sales receipts with item descriptions and product purchase prices circled in a stamped envelope to:

Here's how I worked the Unilever Ham/Turkey Rebate;
Walmart
Ham - $19.12
15 Axe Body Wash - $14.55 (used $1 q's)

Subtotal: $33.67
Total OOP: $18.67

Kroger
5 Knorr's Mix $8.25 ($1.65/ea - used .50 q's that double) = $3.25
2 Bertolli Pasta Pouch $4.00 (2/$4 - used $1 q's) = $2
7 Qtips $4.55 (clearanced to .65 - used .30 q's that double) = $0.35
11 Lever 2000 Soap $11.00 (10/$10 - used $1 q's) = 0.00
4 Lipton Tea $6.56 (clearanced to $1.64 - used .50 q's that double) = $2.56

Subtotal: $34.36
Total OOP: $8.16

So, I've qualifed for my Ham rebate, purchasing $48.91 worth of qualifying Unilever products. After the Rebate I will have $7.71 OOP! Not too bad!!
