Publix IS a pleasure!!

Their slogan has always been my favorite because it's so true! It is such a pleasure shopping there. Even my husband noted how he forgot how nice Publix is as he strolled in one morning for a breakfast donut pick-up during our Florida getaway. Although I love what Kroger has to offer, I'd still prefer a Publix any day!!

It's Spring Break Time!

Spring Break to me means no cooking, no cleaning, no early mornings....basically the complete opposite of the everyday hustle and bustle of my life! Ahhh, I'm enjoying it already! The hubs and I are taking the kiddos on a 10 day break to the Sunshine State! Besides the fact that we'll be enjoying the company of great friends, family, our favorite places to dine, and a trip to the Magical Kingdom...one of the best features of our vacation is that it's fully funded with coupon savings! Such an awesome feeling!!

Kroger Mega Finale

I finished up yesterday...and was so relieved!!

Total out of pocket: $43.59

Average per item: $0.04

And obviously a few other things here and there as fillers! This was one of my favorite Mega sales!! And it came at a perfect time! Not to mention every day I gave someone a bag or bags of pasta! Random people in parking lots, employees at my favorite stores, etc!! Now for the big haul to the school for the fundraiser dinner!!

Now, most people I saw today were purchasing the $5.99 sale products.... BUT not me!
I pulled the products that retailed at $7.49-$7.99 because after the 30% discount they are LESS
than $5.99 sale price! After coupons most of my items were just $1.24 ... and giving $5 back!

I purchased Liners, Concealer, Shadow (smokey eye, in new package $7.49), Mascara! I spent $10 OOP (I also purchased a few other RR items to use the RRs I already had) but I walked out with $56 in RRs!! Not too shabby!! :)

Pedigree Canned Dog Food - Catalina @ Kroger!

This morning I stopped by my local Kroger to get some Pedigree canned dog food! It's on Mega sale right now .49/ea. wyb 10 .... and since the stores had been out of stock all week I was excited to finally get a large amount!

So, I picked up 40 cans.

My total after coupons was $0.98

And to my surprise I received three $2 OYNO cats!! That's a $5.02 MM!!

I have no details on this cat, so I can't tell you what triggered it or how long it's printing!
